CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment. A card must be on file to schedule an appointment of any kind at SWANKY Skin + Lash Studio. This is to help to guarantee against late cancellations and no call no shows. Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit their deposit or their card on file will be charged 50% of their total service (whichever is applicable). No call no shows will forfeit their deposit and be charged the other half of their scheduled service or be charged 100% of their total service (whichever is applicable). Deposits are required to hold your appointment for new clients. Deposits are able to be transferred to a later date if your appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled within the 24 hour cancellation period, but cannot be refunded. SWANKY Skin + Lash Studio does not offer refunds to any service as results may vary. Anyone arriving more that 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time is subject to being charged for their service and rescheduled.
